ahhh, ok, i just got back from seeing the hobbit with my beloved cousins! oh so happy and thankful to my mama for letting me go see it and watching Liam for me. i was so pleasantly, PLEASANTLY surprised! i am a lotr nerd! so many scenes struck a chord in me. there were certain scenes i could have sworn i'd been to in my dreams before. soo good to see rivendell again, the shire again. ofcourse it has been about 10 years since i read the hobbit, so a lot of the story was foggy. i was most pleased to see that sauromon was in it as i am a huge christopher lee fan, especially as the white wizard. so good to see gollum again too and see the entire incident with the riddles and when bilbo acquires the ring! and ofcourse, the beautiful elf queen, Galadriel. and ofcourse i adored martin freeman as bilbo, but how could i not, i was in love with him as Tim from the british office.
